A lost, stolen or unauthorized Card must be reported immediately to our Online Card Office, in person at
the Tiger 1 Card Office or by telephone at (864) 656-0763. The Cardholder will
be responsible for all usage of the Card prior to proper notification of the
Tiger 1 Card Office as provided covered in the
Tiger 1 Card Terms and Conditions
form signed at issue of card.
A charge of $20 will be imposed for lost all lost cards. Stolen cards with proof of
loss (ie a police report) required at time of replacement will cost $10 otherwise the
cost to replace a stolen card is $20. Damaged cards presented at time of replacement
will cost $10. No charge will be imposed for a card that breaks due to normal wear
and tear or for a card on which the magnetic stripe no longer works.
